ACFA SCOTLAND INSPIRATIONAL CADET 2020 WINNER
Cadet CSgt Morgan McCauley - 28 Platoon Broxburn

It is with great pleasure that the Battalion can announce that CSgt Morgan McCauley has been selected to be this year's most Inspirational Cadet within Scotland
Morgan who has been a cadet for over 4 years has represented the Battalion at numerous sporting events which include football, hockey, cross country, swimming and athletics which in turn has lead her to represent the ACF in Scotland at National Sporting Events in hockey and football which has earned her champion colour badges.
As a senior cadet Morgan has undertook her Senior Cadet Instructor Cadre, completed her Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award and holds 4 Star and is working towards her Master Cadet.
Morgan has been a great representative for the Battalion and has taken part in the Belgium Battlefield Tours, Cirdan Sailing Voyage around Scotland and has been selected to go to Kenya with the UK ACF (now postponed till early 2021) to help build a school and play football with the local children. She has also been selected through her school to go to Romania for 7 days to help a local community over there
In her own time out with the Cadets and School she has completed her National 5 in Leadership and is now working on level 6 and is also an Autism Ambassador for her school.
In her spare time (what is left of it), Morgan played for Broxburn Ladies Football Team and also her school and has won the Scottish Cup at under 15 level and under 18 level.
The Commandant and the Battalion would like to congratulate Morgan on achieving this great honour and wish her well in her continued ACF Career and also in all her future endeavours.
